Sunlake Hotel is the only four-star hotel for the Present Sunlake Hotel.

Sunlake Hotel opened to public in Dec. 20th ,1998 and was classfied as the four-star hotel for foreign tourists by National Tourism Bureau in Feb. 24th ,2001. A six-story building, the hotel covers 20,000 square kilometers with an elegant European-style and is regarded as the symbolic building in Pinghu city,Pinghu city lies in the central region in the Yangtze River Delta in China’s southeast coastal area and is one of the regions with the greatest economic vitality and development potential. It is 90 km from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Ningbo and only takes one hour to drive to Shanghai and Hangzhou by the Shanghai-Hangzhou expressway.

Now the hotel has a total of 107 different kind of rooms and suites, All the rooms are well decorated with air-conditioning, telephones, mini bars and internet access. For the business traveler, there are multi-functional entertainment infrastructure, western-style restaurant, shopping center and 5 meeting rooms.

Having started by the end of 2006, the second phase of the hotel will complete in 2007 and open to public in 2008. The whole project will cost 115 million yuan in total investment and covers 26,000 square kilometers in accordance with the 5-star hotel standards. The main building will be designed as a 17-story building and the second story will be used as banquet halls and sports center. The cafeteria can serve 300 persons while Japanes-style restaurant can serve 50 persons. The new hotel will have 6 meeting rooms and 1 conference room.A total of 264 different kind of rooms and suites are available in the second phase of the hotel, which are of elegant design, capacious and comfortable. With the completion of the second phase, Pinhu SunLake Hotel will become the best hotel in northern Zhejiang Province. In the next 3 to 5 years, Pinhu SunLake Hotel will build 3 more 5-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou and become a chained 5-star hotel Group.
